Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials.
  • Devise and implement marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct market research to identify the best ways to reach target groups.
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials for various channels.
  • Oversee and update the company website(s).
  • Develop and manage communication through the organization’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, such as designers, to produce marketing materials like stationery and web pages.
  • Line manage a marketing assistant or coordinator.
  • Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
  • Write press releases and communicate with the media.

  • Writing Skills: Ability to create engaging copy for various mediums, including web, email, brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Management and Delegation Skills: Experience in managing and delegating tasks within the marketing team.
