SMB invites applications for the post of Marketing Officers for all business operations. We aim to build a dynamic team of young, enthusiastic, and insightful professionals to achieve our nationwide targets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials.
- Devise and implement marketing campaigns.
- Organize a calendar of marketing events such as dinners, promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, and open days.
- Represent the company at various events.
- Conduct market research to identify the best ways to reach target groups.
- Write, edit, and proofread marketing materials for various channels.
- Oversee and update the company website(s).
- Develop and manage communication through the organization’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with external agencies, such as designers, to produce marketing materials like stationery and web pages.
- Line manage a marketing assistant or coordinator.
- Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare measurement reports.
- Write press releases and communicate with the media.
Key Skills:
- Writing Skills: Ability to create engaging copy for various mediums, including web, email, brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
- Management and Delegation Skills: Experience in managing and delegating tasks within the marketing team.
- Networking and Communication Skills: Represent the company at events and interact comfortably with potential customers, opinion leaders, and suppliers.

Relevant Experience:
